Role Overview :
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will help the sales team achieve their targets, develop client relationships, and support overall sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies.
- Support the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Help train new sales staff on products and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Provide reports on sales activities and performance.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : 1+ years in Field sales

Compensation :
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
