Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to support our Agency Channel team. In this role, you will help drive sales growth and build strong relationships with agents and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Sales Manager in managing and motivating the sales team.
- Help in the recruitment and onboarding of new insurance agents.
- Provide training and guidance to advisor on our products and sales techniques.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
