Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support our agency channel in achieving its sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the life insurance industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Management : Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Team Leadership : Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Recruitment and Development : Identify, recruit, and train new sales agents to expand the agency force.
- Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales agents, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.
- Agency Development : Strengthen relationships with existing agencies and explore opportunities for new partnerships.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the company's life insurance products and effectively communicate their benefits to agents and customers.
