Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
We're looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to assist in driving the life insurance sales process, supporting agents, and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of agents.
- Support agents in converting leads to clients.
- Track sales progress and provide reports to senior management.
- Develop strategies to reach monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation in any field.
- At least 2 years of field sales experience in insurance.
- Valid bike and driving license.
