Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Concentrate on sales team management, geographic coverage, and spread management.
- Ensure that the Team receives proper training in their geographical assignments.
- Handle Customer Inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner; collaborate with Team to ensure the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Ensure that the team's and your own goals are met- new members Onboarding, goal attainment, and Business Premium are all examples of business premiums.
- Develop relationships with current customers.
- Develop new leads within the sales territory.
- Travel throughout the territory on a regular basis and visit customers
- Manage multiple accounts at the same time
- Keep track of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
- Represent the brand in all interactions with customers and prospects.
