Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- We have an opening for applicants with Field expertise in sales. Your goal as a Assistant Sales Manager will be to maintain a seamless sales process and to maximize sales of the company's services or commodities.
Responsibilities :
- New agent recruitment, screening, and training.
- Build a network of advisors to approach sales.
- Provided the greatest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and work ethic
- Motivate advisers to meet the company's sales targets; - Manage client accounts
- Manage a team of on-roll managers; and Increase the client base by turning prospects into sales.
- Establish and execute an effective agency channel plan to reach your objectives.
- Providing financial support and advice to clients
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- 2+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Strong Communications Skills
