Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Undertake online and offline research on Indian sports and arts academies.
- Communicate with customers to increase revenue and encourage the use of our goods and services.
- Assist clients with escalations and provide training on how to use our products and services.
- Work together to improve and advance the product with the tech and product teams.
- Establish and preserve connections with influential decision-makers at potential client companies.
- Work together with the product and marketing teams to create and modify sales collateral and services for corporate customers.
- Work together with internal teams to guarantee customer retention and satisfaction.
- During in-person interactions, actively engage with potential clients to create enough appointments for the day.
- Establish and preserve connections with customers by offering outstanding support and responding to their enquiries.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
