Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieving pre-established sales goals.
- Giving each member of the sales team a personal goal.
- Tracking sales goals and giving necessary reports on results.
- Monitoring the performance and actions of the sales staff.
- Scheduling lead generation with marketing campaigns.
- The ongoing training of your sales team.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
