Assistant Sales Manager - BFS (1-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Identifying and prospecting potential independent agents to represent the company's products and services.
2. Developing and executing a sales plan to meet or exceed the company's revenue and growth objectives.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with existing independent agents, providing training and support as needed to help them sell the company's products effectively.
4. Negotiating contracts and compensation agreements with independent agencies.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective communication and execution of programs and initiatives.
6. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence and regulatory changes.
7. Maintaining accurate and timely reporting and record-keeping of sales activities and results
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
