- Create and execute successful sales strategy to meet financial goals.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to find new business prospects and strengthen current clientele.
- To inform sales strategy and positioning, keep an eye on competition activity and market developments.
- Oversee sales reporting, analysis, and forecasting to maximise resource utilisation and promote ongoing development.
- Give direct reports guidance, coaching, and mentoring so they can grow in their capacities.
