Assistant Sales Manager - Bank (1-2 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- By learning about your clients' financial and insurance needs, develop and preserve enduring relationships.
- Hold frequent meetings with clients to discuss their insurance portfolios and find areas where they can improve or enhance coverage.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally and swiftly handle client inquiries.
- Evaluate the insurance needs and financial circumstances of clients.
- Make recommendations for appropriate life insurance policies and coverage alternatives based on the needs and financial objectives of your clients.
- Clearly and understandably describe the terms, benefits, and premiums of the policy.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
