Assistant Sales Manager - Bank (1-2 yrs)
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and motivate team members to achieve their targets
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports to track progress towards targets. Forecast future sales and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to develop account-specific sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and address any customer concerns or issues.
- Continuously assess and improve the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 1 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
