Assistant Sales Manager - Bank (0-3 yrs)
Sales representatives are in charge of persuading potential consumers to purchase the goods or services of a firm. They are frequently seen as the public face of the business and the first point of contact for customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Introduce and recruit new CASA customers in the targeted sector, as well as reference generation from the designated catchment.
- Ensure that quality current accounts and savings accounts are sourced in terms of product mix, market segments, and constitution mix.
- Cross-selling banking products such as CASA, TS/FD, revenue from LI/ GI/MF/ TF/Forex, and sourcing HNIs
- To continually increase product expertise and understanding of market trends and competing products.
- Acquiring new clients from the open market by moving around the designated local region or branch.
Eligibility:
- Earn a degree in any subject.
- 1-3 years of work experience in any area of sales and marketing.
- Good communication and networking skill.
- Build relationship with Old-New customer.
