Assistant Sales Manager - Agriculture Equipment (5-10 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi, specializing in the Agriculture Equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of sales experience, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead a sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals in the agriculture equipment sector.
- Manage and lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base in Delhi and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications :
