Assistant Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We Are Hiring - . Assistance Sales Manager usually administer sales of products and services by traveling from location to location within a decided area to meet the probable customers and sell them various products.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance Sales Manager are responsible for driving business growth within a company.
- generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market
- Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.
- Organizing training sessions for the team members as and when needed.
- Preparing sales reports on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience: Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing & 1 Years Experience in any BFSI Industry.
- Age: 24 to 38 years.
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 2 years.
