Assistant Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We Are Looking For a Potential Candidate For The Post Of (ASM) .The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and communicating sales goals, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring that staff members work to the best level.
Responsibilities :
- Team handling Lead Generation Sales
- Remaining in contact with clients to better understand and meet their needs.
- Customizing systems as necessary by using ideas from work performance and market research.
- Achieve individual and group sales goals.
