Assistant Sales Leader - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with agents to expand the sales network.
- Guide agents in lead generation and converting prospects into clients.
- Provide regular training and performance evaluation to agents.
- Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.

Job Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream.
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driving license and own transport.
