Sales Assistant -Insurance
- Explore the market and generate business
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets
- Conducting Quick Need Analysis
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Supervise the work of office employees and train them
- Identifying sales opportunities from existing clients to ensure cross selling and up selling.
- Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Candidate profile :
Qualification : Any graduate
Experience : Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing field work
CTC : Up to 4:00 LPA + Incentives
Candidate must be local of same city
