Assistant Sales Executive
OVERVIEW-
Assistant Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of our insurance products through partnerships with agencies, brokers, and agents. You will manage relationships with agency partners, identify sales opportunities, and help grow our market share in the insurance industry.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and agency partners to drive new business.
- Provide detailed information and training to agency partners about our insurance products, features, and benefits to facilitate successful sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing new business deals within the agency network.
- Work closely with agents to generate leads, follow up on referrals, and convert leads into active policies.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for product penetration and revenue growth.
- Support teams and clients with queries, policy changes, and other service-related issues, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
SKILLS-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex insurance products to clients and agents.
QUALIFICATION-
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of experience in sales
- 21-38 age
