Assistant Sales Executive - Insuance (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Executive to join our sales team in Mysore.


- The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales and managing customer relationships while contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Support : Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing necessary support in lead generation and customer follow-up.

Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and address inquiries.

Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess competitors.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Key Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications :

- Any graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
