Assistant Sales Executive - BFSI (1-7 yrs)
Overview :
The Assistant Sales Executive involves recruiting new agents, providing training and ongoing support, monitoring performance, and ensuring agents meet sales targets in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and recruit new agents to build and expand the agency network.
- Assist in onboarding new agents and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of individual agents and agencies.
- Work closely with agents to ensure they provide excellent customer service, meet client needs, and enhance customer retention.
- Ensure all activities under the agency channel comply with company policies, insurance regulations, and industry standards.
- Support agents in utilizing company resources and tools to attract and retain customers.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of insurance products.
- Excellent communication.
- Interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of agents.
Eligibility :
- Any graduate
- 1+ year experience in sales
- Local preferable
