Assistant Sales Executive - Ayurvedic (2-4 yrs)
We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Sales Executive to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the fitness and wellness or Ayurvedic services industry. This role involves supporting the sales team in achieving targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support the sales team in managing leads and following up on inquiries.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the fitness and wellness or Ayurvedic services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
