Assistant Sales Engineer - OEM (0-2 yrs)
Opening for an MNC operating from 35 Countries
Key Responsibilities:
The employee is responsible :
1. Support in the preparation annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area.
2. For building and growing existing customers in entire territory.
3. For AR and C-form collections.
4. To understand the customer needs & be a key interface between the customer & HO
5. For keeping track of the market trends and competitor's activities in the given territory.
6. For communicating technical design requirements, constraints functionality and implementation details verbally and in formal documentations.
7. For maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level.
8. For individual as well as team target.
9. For any other duties as and when assigned.
Personal Competencies :
Knowledge/Education
Experience - BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering,
- 0-2 years of experience in handling the Sales & Marketing with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or Direct Accounts
- Preferably into Energy segment
- With Seals experience only
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge about the machineries and its parts where seals is getting used.
- Knowledge on the Hydraulics
- Should be proficient in MS office
- Conversant with Design basics & able to understand Technical Specs.
