Assistant - Sales Administration (3-9 yrs)

About our Client
Currently we are hiring for a Multinational Geo Location mapping services Company with its offices in France, Singapore, and UK for the position of an "Sales Administrative Assistant" with 3-7 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Report Generation, Sales Analysis preferably IT or IT Solutions Sales.
Objective of this role :
- Provide support to the APAC Sales team in all supplier registrations, and sales order confirmations. Generate reports & sales analysis.
- Maintain and manage customer databases using Salesforce.
- Assist and support Sales personnel in achieving Sales outcomes and goals.
Skills :
- Excellent English level mandatory Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- You are rigorous, organized, reactive and have a taste for challenge.
- You have good interpersonal skills, you are able to evolve in a multicultural context. You like teamwork.
- MS Office and/or Gsuite proficiency 3+ years of experience desired
