Assistant - Sales (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for three sales consultants to join our team. You will be responsible for Champs Fleur's complete sales activities across three cities. If you are successful in your role you will be promoted to Sales Manager with pay hike within 6 months, with the potential of becoming our India Wide Sales Manager within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with clients across our sales channels (Whatsapp, Phone, Facebook, Instagram, Website, F2F)
- Reaching out to B2B customers, and fostering a relationship with them
- Creating proposals for clients for custom arrangements, contract floristry work and decor for events
- Maintaining and updating our product catalogue
- Assisting social media team
- Attending expos around India and representing Champs Fleur
- Upselling, and following through with the sales funnel to close deals
- Visiting clients in their homes or business place on a regular basis
- Ensuring orders are made, shipped and delivered on time
- Coordinating with the logistics company to ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinating with the client and internal team for contract work and events
Meeting monthly sales goals and quotas
Qualities & Qualifications
- Extrovert and love talking to people
- Interest in the luxury goods industry
- Passion for flowers
- Minimum of 1-year experience in sales
- Able to work in a high-stress environment
- Team player and hard working
- Punctual and professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Please note:
This position is based on hourly pay.
Shift timings are from 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday. And 11am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. You will be alternating the night shift and weekend shift with your team members.
