Assistant Retail Sales Head (8-10 yrs)
Essential Job Function and Deliverables :
1.Own business and network development metrics, revenue targets and P& L for the Retail and Omni channel Business
2.Build a strong and enduring Network to ensure highest accessibility to relevant target consumers across India
3.Build a team to deliver long term competitive advantage
4.Build effective channel networks with strict financial discipline, optimal cash cycle and ability to deliver revenue goals and reach objectives
5.Driving sales efforts involving effective promotional activities and ensure strong tertiary sales and offtakes.
6.Implementing strategies to enhance the top & bottom lines and maintaining cash flow on a day-to-day basis.
7.Develop business opportunities with innovative and differentiated customers including franchisees, modern retail, B2B, corporates, schools etc.
Channel Management :
1.Building and managing a world class retail network, including own stores and franchisees
2.Identifying and building the network of financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
3.Developing schemes oriented towards motivating performance of channel partners like Distributors, Dealers, Key Accounts, and Consumers.
4. Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.
Requirement:
8- 10 years experience in retail / FMCG business. (Preferably in Sports)
MBA from premier institutes
CTC on offer : Rs.15 lakhs per annum plus incentives; ESOPs
