Assistant Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (1-3 yrs)
- As a Relationship Executive at Life Insurance company, your primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
Your duties may include :
- Identify potential customers through various sources and generate leads for the sales team.
- Meet with potential customers and explain the benefits of Life Insurance policies, and persuade them to buy policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their queries and providing them with necessary support.
- Assist customers in servicing their policies, such as renewal of policies, making premium payments, and updating policy details.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional policies to existing customers and upsell to higher-value policies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competition.
- Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and customer feedback and report them to the management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience BFSI Sales industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, and the ability to explain them to clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
