Salary Range : 6-7 lacs p.a. (max 7 lacs CTC)

Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

We are looking for mainly three skill sets for this role:
- Problem Solving attitude.
- Instil confidence with partners and internal stake holders.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stake holders to ensure partners issues are addressed.
Candidate Profile :
- We are open to look for a person with about 2-5 years experience, soft spoken and go getter.
- We are looking candidates from Hospitality / tourism industry preferably.
- Someone who can join immediately or max in 15 days.
Purpose :
The role holder will build and improve relationships with new EuroKids and Kangaroo franchise partners by facilitating their smooth on-boarding and working closely with internal teams to ensure partner readiness and alignment at every stage thus maximising partner satisfaction and net promoter score
Role and responsibilities :
- Responsible for guiding new Franchise Partners in Center Set Up.
- Creation of system ID- s/Payment Mapping/Order Process etc in collaboration with Finance Team.
- Set Up Zoom/Google Meet calls to review the Center Level progress
- Work closely with internal teams to extend timely support and resolve issues:
- Coordinate with Business team to ensure smooth centre launch.
- Follow up for timely release of Franchise Agreement with COT
- Ensure EPMS has been updated with correct details and Fee Card.
- Coordinate with Respective stakeholders for EPMS training and with Academic Operations team for timely partner and teacher training.
- Collect feedback for all the Process & Product trainings conducted and share with relevant stakeholders/
- Facilitate the marketing launch plans by coordinating with the Brand team
- Ensure timely release of centre kits by coordinating with the Supply chain team.
- Assist the franchise partners in fee card finalization
- Conduct regular surveys, closely monitor the NPS score and take corrective action wherever necessary.
- Handhold new franchise partners for a period of 6 months and ensure regular touchpoints as defined to capture feedback and status (30-60-90 day settling in feedback)
