Assistant Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (1-7 yrs)
- We are seeking for a competitive Relationship Manager. In order to meet quotas, a successful salesperson will find new sales prospects and finalize deals. By managing and negotiating with clients, creating leads, screening prospects, and managing sales of goods and services, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in boosting income and revenue.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have minimum 1 year Life Insurance Sales Experience
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and potential customers to drive business growth.
- Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Conducting regular customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- This involves identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling additional products to existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Managers are responsible for monitoring client portfolios and making investment recommendations as needed.
