Assistant Relationship Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Here, we are hiring for Assistant Relationship Manager.
We are looking forward to a candidate who has a lot of knowledge about Sales/Marketing/Banking/Insurance/Finance and is capable of delivering to the clients.
Responsibilities:
- To establish a mutual relationship with the bank and help in client relationships.
- Collecting and distributing customer requirements to improve product pitches.
- Handling issues and complaints and immediately solving them.
- Training and guiding new team members in regards to the necessary achievements and business values.
- Create a fresh marketing plan.
- Follow up on the bank's leads.
- Look for cross-selling opportunities with current clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 2 Year in Sales and Marketing and 1+ In the Insurance sector.
- CTC: Up to 3.75/4.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits.
- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll.
- Age: 24 to 38 years.
- Education: Any Graduation.
- Candidate : Local Candidate.
