Assistant Relationship Manager - Direct Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- For the position of Assistance Relationship Manager, we are hiring.
- We are searching for a candidate who can deliver to the clients and is knowledgeable about sales, marketing, banking, insurance, and finance.
Responsibilities :
- To develop relationships with the Bank that are mutually beneficial and help in client acquisition.
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to improve product proposals.
- Handling objections and complaints and promptly handling them.
- Mentoring and guiding new team members in regards to the necessary outputs and business values.
- Create a fresh marketing plan.
- Follow up on the bank's leads.
- Find cross-selling opportunities for current clients.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum 2 Year in Sales and Marketing and 1+ In the Insurance sector
- CTC : Up to 3.75/4.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
- Age : 24 to 38 years
- Education : Any Graduation
- Candidate : Local Candidate.
