Assistant Regional Manager/Senior Area Manager- Project Sales - Sanitaryware (5-9 yrs)
Job Profile:
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- To cover Private projects, builders, related architects, contractors, Govt. Depts
- Conducting extensive field activities & follow-ups on potential clients.
- Preparation for future projects details or previous projects & other activities.
- Responsible for Market and Competitor Analysis.
- Meeting with Architects/ Builders/ Promoters/contractors & other institutional clients on a regular basis
- Specifying the products in private projects through promoters & influencers. Monthly targets regarding approvals to be achieved by any means.
- To achieve desired business from their designated territory.
