Assistant Regional Manager - Sales - Health Insurance (10-15 yrs)
Looking for candidate with 10 - 15 years- experience in Insurance with team handling . Candidate from health Insurance will be preferred.
Job Description :
1. Achievement of Top line and Bottom-line targets. City level targets are met for the geographies handled
2. Recruitment of Relationship Manager, Relationship Officer as per the manpower budget given.
3. Regularly monitor the sales process. Ensuring the Productivity of SM and the agents.
4. Ensuring that service level commitments are met.
5. Coordination with the various department, branches for the approvals and smooth sales operations.
6. Conducting Periodic training and orientation sessions for team members
7. Increasing brand awareness through activities.
8. Retention of all high performance team members
9. Key account management - develop and manage the Key accounts
