Assistant Regional Manager - Sales - Education (5-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Task Management:
- Identify/ propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Ensure quality service to clients in all assigned tasks, while upholding organizational Values at all times
- Feedback to the Zonal Manager on market and competition activities
- Manage and achieve sales goals for the assigned region
- Prepare annual sales budget & plan for the region
- Design and recommend sales programs and set short and long term sales strategies.
- Should train, develop and motivate team members to complete their KRAs/ KPIs.
- Direct the sale activities within the region: acquire new client and achieve revenue targets & profitability.
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship
- Evaluate market trend, analyze and forecast Business potential of the area
- Present consolidated monthly report on the business development activities of the entire team for a particular geographical area
- Conduct interviews for positions vacant in BD and provide feedback on the candidate to the HR team People Management
- Ensure the team deliverable are met on time
- Develop team members on various skills and competencies helping them move to the next level in the organisation hierarchy
- Guide and mentor the team members, Timely feedback to the team members
- Create healthy competition among the team members and positive atmosphere in the team/ organisation and Conduct appraisal for the reportees.
