Assistant Project Manager - Client Services/Management - Advertising (4-6 yrs)

Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly proficient in Written & Spoken English (Must Have)
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite or other Open Office software (Must Have)
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders

- A Graduate in any discipline
Good to have: Content Management Diploma in Journalism/ Mass Communication
Responsibilities:
- Managing the client and client requirements
- Coordinating with the client on a daily basis
- End-to-end Client Servicing: Understand content requirement from clients, initiate project discussions and work with the team for deliveries
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the content team and ensure deliveries ofcontent with proper formatting are met within the deadlines.
- The person will report to Program Manager and coordinate with the Content Delivery team
- Managing the content and social engagement of clients accounts
- Building conversations around content and engaging communities
- Assisting in creation of social media champions from amidst the content team
- Ensuring constant engagement with the target communities
- Creating and sharing key metrics for SMM activities
- Monitoring Social Media activities and creating online communities
