Assistant Program Manager - Sales - Talent Solutions Startup (1-6 yrs)
Job Summary: Bejobbed is a young and growing organization that helps young professionals build successful careers and at the same time, helps corporates address the current challenges they are facing in Talent Acquisition. In order to achieve this, following are the roles and responsibilities of a TL / Assistant Program Manager:
- Understand the high potential talent requirements of our clients
- Interact with young professionals from the industry and assess if they meet the high-potential guidelines laid down
- Evaluate high-potential candidates using various tools and techniques
- Counsel high potential candidates to enroll into the Bejobbed program and explain to them the career advantages to doing so
- Coordinate with clients to ensure that the high potential candidates identified by us are evaluated by them
- Follow up on status of high-potential requirements and close open requirements
- Keep all stakeholders informed on progress made
- Achieve set targets for the individual as well as the team
Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Other Characteristics :
- Good communication skills
- Planning and organizing skills and negotiation skills
- Initiator, flexible and capable to manage things independently
- Knowledge of Assessment tools will be an added advantage.
- Counseling background and skills are preferred
