Asst. Product Manager || Hiring for a leading Danish Pharmaceutical MNC

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Assist in developing and executing the product strategy for the new generation insulin product, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends, and provide insights to the product management team.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful product launch and commercialization.

- Develop and maintain product documentation, including product specifications, competitive analysis, and launch plans.

- Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for product improvements or enhancements.

- Assist in managing the product budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.

Requirements :

- Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
