Assistant Marketing Manager (2-7 yrs)
- Define and implement marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand awareness across channels, increase the target customer footfalls in the retail stores across the country and visitors to the online channel with the aim of enabling sales revenue.
- Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives incorporating the 4E's of luxury marketing (emotions, exclusivity, experience, and extension) to create appeal amongst the target audience.

- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to create compelling content, campaigns that align with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty.
- Monitor the website design, traffic, implement SEO to improve the lead generation.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pintrest, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives, identify improvement opportunities and make timely interventions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Designer, product development, retail and online sales teams to execute a cohesive plan to improve sales through new customer acquisition and loyalty of existing customers.
