- Our client is a fast-growing international IT outsourcing company looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing all social media accounts, review sites, and other marketing channels.

The Job : 

- Our client is in need of a Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date and engaging with our target audience. In addition, you will also handle organizational issues related to our presence in marketing spaces such as purchasing accounts, etc.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Maintaining and manage all social media accounts, review sites, and other marketing channels

- Ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging with our target audience

- Responding to all customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Managing and track customer reviews and ratings

- Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies

- Managing organizational issues related to our presence in marketing spaces such as purchasing accounts, etc.

Ideal Candidate : 

Skills Required :

- You have proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role

- Experience working in IT outsourcing companies will be an advantage.

- You have relevant portfolio showcasing past work experience

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.

- You have strong organizational and time management skills

- You are able to work independently and within a team environment

- You have familiarity with social media platforms and review sites
