Assistant Manager - Visual Merchandising (4-6 yrs)
- VM Display Guidelines to be made and shared parameter (Story Telling, Point of Focus, and Product specific display).
- Check and Ensure the display is as per display guideline.
- VM Training to be imparted to the Store sales team.
- Increase Digital touchpoint for customer communication.
- POP stock & GRN to be updated & asset database to be maintained.
- Ensure branding execution by branding execution team - through branding need identification| through RSM/ASM/Store requisition.
- Get all branding artwork/creative approved through branding team and ensure to implement as per the timeline mentioned in the NSO sheet.
- VM PPT repository, Monthly PPT & data management.
- Monthly store visit tracker - plan Vs. Actual(along with reports)as per the TAT
- Education- Any Graduation & MBA (Fashion degree is preferred)
