Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing - FMCG (4-8 yrs)

Position Description :
- This position is responsible for Communication and Execution of marketing activities-Schemes/Incentives/Offers- to dealers, distributors
- Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
Working Conditions :
- This is a full-time field position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Extensive Travel in Assigned Region.
- This is a field job and requires the position to spend 50% of the time on the field along with the business cell members.
- Working Saturdays sometimes.
Job Experience :
This position requires 4-7 Years of Field Sales Experience along with in-depth working experience in BTL Marketing / Trade Marketing.
Job Qualifications :
- MBA/PGDM - Marketing from a reputed institute.
- Any specialised certifications in Marketing would be a plus.

1. Design/Develop Conceptualise & adapt /Implement Programs/Communication/POSM/assets that for all channels ensure the product is in stock and on the shelf.
2. Work closely to manage and monitor all Brand Activations.
- Setting execution of up displays, POSM Allocation to ensure /Vvisibility & standardization at all channels
- Designing loyalty programme for GT & MT consumers & customerss.
3. To work with KAM's top retailers to make plans according to category roles in their stores
4. Marketing schemes to push the product to the dealers and distributors. Basically, incentivizing them to keep stock much before the competitors take the share of wallet.
5. Help the dealers/distributors to sell out the stock through various ATL/BTL activities and the cycle - continues.
6. Help customise & implement Focus on developing promotional programs that attract business from wholesalers, distributors and retailers-
- Bonus commission on recommended special unit purchased.
- Instant Gift against the specific stocks purchased.
7. Utilizing planogram software to develop effective solutions for key accounts / working with all assets available and developing new programs when needed including in-store merchandisers.
8. Identify category plans including range and merchandise proposals
9. Development and execution of trade/consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison and POS development.
10. Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales
11. Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives.
12. Flawlessly execute launches to gain maximum distribution.
13. Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable Trade Marketing activities.
14. Work to develop trade communications - traditional and digital.
15. Monitor Rebate & Allowances Allocation for Regions/State/Zone in conjunction with Sales Director and Regional Heads.
16. Communicate and facilitate achievement of volume target on month wise/brand wise/SKU wise basis.
15. Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities and work on a quick response. to evaluate our brand performance.
