Our Client is hiring for Tele Sales Assistant Manager
The Job
Responsibilities :
- Answer questions about services of the company.
- Ask problem to understand patient requirements and schedule appointment with doctors.
- Enter and update patient information in the database.
- Take the follow ups regularly.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or Telesales role, ideally within the Healthcare industry.
- Experience covering Healthcare & health insurance is strong plus.
- Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to patients.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English & Bengali preferable.
