Assistant Manager - Telesales (4-10 yrs)
What you will Do :
- Handling a 3 TL's and 50 Telesales Agents.
- Help TL's achieve the monthly Targets.
- Building the required team ( Tele-sales agents and Team Leaders)
- Defining Problem statements and designing solutions.
Required Skill Set :
- Data Interpretation and decision making (qualitative and Quantitative).
- Managing and Driving a team of 50 telesales agents, 3-4 TL's (Micro and Macro both should be sound).
- Ownership of delivering targets.
- Hiring agents(required), TL hiring (good to have).
- Work Prioritisation and focus on larger goals.
- Strong on Performance Review and Feedback Communication.
Desired Attributes :
Excellent communication skills : ability to articulate what they think.
High amounts of ownership : the ability to work and deliver under minimal supervision.
Data obsession : Data to be the primary mode of decision making.
Leadership : Proven ability to drive performance in a team.
Comfort with numbers : can do a quick back of the envelope calculations to arrive at a solution.
