Job Description:
- Responsible for telemarketing team's performance to meet revenue goals
- Manage telemarketing team to achieve customer base development and ensure our strong presence in the market
- Manage recruitment, coaching, goal setting, efforts monitoring and performance management of sales agents
- Keep up the lead position in the SME market by extensively pushing our Unique online product and Qualitative service deliveries
- Present Monthly and Daily sales plans & sales forecasts to the management team and periodical reports on efforts and results achieved
- Identify B2B markets and manage procurement of potential B2B data with proper knowledge of potential markets
- Managing the tele sales agents and team leaders through extensive floor supervision and floor involvement to achieve daily call targets and daily sales targets
