Job description- Assistant Telemarketing Manager
- Have good communication skills, outbound sales, team handling experience
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monthly Qualified Met Appointments (QMA)
- Sales Units
- Monitoring Call & Feedback
- Training of TME & Team Leaders
- Maintaining Lead Conversion/Quality of Appointment Ratio
- Meeting with sales managers to discuss Tele sales strategies.
- Implementing sales strategies.
- Managing the Tele sales/Telemarketing executives team.
- Monitoring the performance of the TMEs/Team Leaders.
- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelors degree
- Previous experience working as a Telemarketing Manager.
- Experience in Tele sales/Telemarketing preferred.
- Strong Leadership and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to write and present reports.
- Strong organizational skills
