Assistant Manager - Technical Sales - Panel & Service (4-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and lead a team responsible for Panel Sales and Service Sales. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a strong sales background in electrical panels and service offerings, with the ability to guide a team to success.
Sales :
- Promote and sell electrical panels and related products to new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable panel solutions based on technical specifications.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and project bids for panel installations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely supply and delivery of panels, including customized solutions when necessary.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for panel products.
- Conduct site assessments and offer recommendations for panel and electrical system designs.
- Ability to manage team of Sales Engineer.
- The primary focus of this role will be to drive only Sales and he should have good knowledge of - Capacitors, Reactors, and Power Quality Products like AHF, APFC, MCC, PCC, IMCC.
Service :
- Knowledge in Selling Automation Panels, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and preventive maintenance services for switchgears and automation products. The Sales
- Executive will also be responsible for getting sales and Service Sales related to above listed products from any make.
- Experience in service is a plus. We expect Engineers to get Services sales for AMC Contracts, Retrofitting Products, and after sales delivery will be taken care by service team
