Assistant Manager/Team Leader - Sales - Life Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Recruit Advisers For company and upskilling the recruited team of advisors on products and Selling Skills.
- Provide Advice to Clients and Recommend Insurance Products.
- Ensuring Quality Business, Persistency Parameters and all other requirements as per organizational metrics.
- Generate leads and cold calls to prospective customers.
