Assistant Manager/Team Leader - Customer Support Role (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Management : Lead and supervise the customer support team, ensuring excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
- Supervisor Calls : Manage escalated or complex customer queries.
- Reporting : Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel, and present them to management, including data analysis.
- Feedback Conversions : Drive customer feedback conversion into actionable insights for service improvement.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance customer service operations through the use of software, tools, or apps.
- Training & Development : Train and mentor the team, ensuring high standards of customer support.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Proven leadership and team-handling skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and creating presentations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with customer support software is a plus.
