Assistant Manager/Team Leader - B2C Sales - Brodband (3-11 yrs)
Designation : Assistant Sales Manager - B2C (Broadband Sales)
Location : Hyderabad
Education : Graduate
Experience : Up to 10 years in Direct Sales, with emphasis on Broadband Sales and door-to-door sales
Working Days : 6 days (Mon-Sat)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales and ARPU targets
- Create and submit annual sales plans and budgets for approval
- Provide market feedback on new product launches
- Implement sales promotion schemes
- Conduct weekly sales team reviews and accompany them on 10% of enquiries
- Design and maintain sales tracking and compliance MIS
- Ensure 100% adherence to company processes and policies
- Train sales team on company vision, values, processes, and policies
- Conduct sales training sessions to enhance sales force skills
