Assistant Manager/Team Lead - Client Servicing (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
- Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
- Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising & more.
- Work jointly with the internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
- Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
- Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry
- Writing the project scope/specifications, designing the project structure and timescales, and processing project set-up
- Producing progress updates and reports both internally and to the client
- Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
- Responsible for project output in accordance with the agreed SoWs, timescales and budgets
- Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies
- Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions
